Wonderful to have a healthy food option and something other than beer or alcohol in Downtown Sanford. I've never had a bad experience since they opened. Staff is always courteous, fresh produce and conveniently located. Reviews on here baffle me, people will always find something to complain about. Thank you Roots, you rock!

We enjoy the smoothie bowls and fresh pressed juices. The ingredients used are always fresh and the staff are very friendly. Well worth the trip to Sanford .

This is a very unique restaurant with healthy and tasty concoctions. There are tables outside to enjoy your meal. The signage is clearly visible from Sanford Ave. Located on the south end of the bars and restaurants on Sanford Ave.
